3+ years of experience in a technical support role or a related field, preferably with exposure to Jira administration.
Experience in managing large scale implementations with 800+ users
Profound understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.

Remote Jira/Atlassian Administrator


Roles and Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence, across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
Manage user and project access within Jira and Confluence systems, ensuring streamlined workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflow requirements and optimize Jira configurations to support operational needs.
Maintain application configurations and user permissions for Atlassian products, following security best practices.
Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track project progress and evaluate team performance.
Document Jira and Confluence configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Participate in troubleshooting user issues and resolving basic technical problems related to Atlassian products.
Ensure timely resolution of support requests concerning Atlassian products, adhering to SLA standards.
Assist in administering the IT Service Management (ITSM) portfolio in coordination with the team.
